Welcome to BinexiaVault, a trusted online investment platform where users can invest funds, participate in trading plans, and earn profits according to their selected plans. This Payment Policy explains how deposits, withdrawals, and earnings are handled. By using BinexiaVault, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Security & Transparency

All transactions—deposits or withdrawals—are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and verified payment gateways.
BinexiaVault complies with all applicable digital payment security protocols to protect your personal and financial information.
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details for successful processing.

2. Deposits

Minimum Deposit: PKR 5,000
Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, USDT, and other approved gateways.
Deposit Activation Time: Instant or within 30 minutes, depending on the method.
Non-refundable: Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account.
Usage of Funds: Deposits are used to participate in investment and trading plans offered by BinexiaVault.

⚠️ Important Note on Risk & Company Losses:
If BinexiaVault suffers losses due to market conditions, trading activities, or unforeseen circumstances, we are only liable to refund the original deposited amount. Profits or returns are not guaranteed under such conditions.

👉 Example: If a user deposits PKR 2,000, the maximum refund in case of company loss is PKR 2,000; profits are not payable.

3. Withdrawals

Minimum Withdrawal Limit: PKR 500
Withdrawal Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer.
Processing Time: 24–72 business hours (usually faster).
Withdrawal Frequency: One request per 24 hours per user.
KYC Verification: Mandatory for processing withdrawals. Users must provide valid identification and verification details.

4. Earnings & Profit Distribution

Profits are calculated based on the performance of trading plans or investment plans selected by the user.
All earnings are transparently credited to the user’s account or wallet.
Earnings can be withdrawn according to the withdrawal rules or reinvested into other available plans.

5. Referral & Commission Payouts

Referral commissions are credited when referred users complete qualifying investments.
Multi-level commissions apply based on the user’s selected plan (up to 2 levels).
Referral earnings are eligible for withdrawal after KYC verification.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations

BinexiaVault reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments if any of the following are detected:

Multiple accounts under one identity or IP address.
Deposit fraud, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious financial activity.
Violation of platform rules, Terms of Service, or local laws.

Consequences: Accounts engaging in fraud or abuse may be permanently banned without prior notice, and payments may be forfeited.

7. Company Liability & Risk Disclosure

BinexiaVault is not responsible for market or trading losses. All investments carry inherent risk.
In case of company losses, original deposits will be refunded within 2–3 months, while profits or returns may not be payable.
Users acknowledge and accept all risks before participating in investments or trading plans.

Referral Earnings & Refunds in Case of Company Loss

Referral commissions are credited to the user’s account and can be withdrawn or reinvested.
In the event that BinexiaVault suffers financial losses due to trading, operational, or market factors, the refundable amount to the user will include their original deposit and any referral earnings credited to their account.

👉 Example:
If a user deposits PKR 2,000 and earns PKR 2,000 as referral commissions, their total account balance is PKR 4,000.
If the company suffers losses affecting user funds, the maximum refundable amount will be calculated from the total credited balance (deposit + referral earnings), up to the original deposited amount.

This ensures that users understand referral earnings are counted as part of the overall investment balance and may be included in calculations for refunds during company loss situations.

Note: Referral earnings are not considered guaranteed profits and are subject to the same risk and liability limitations as standard deposits.

8. Updates to Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy periodically to reflect system changes, regulatory requirements, or improvements. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of our platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
